1. When is Railway Interchange 2011? The joint exhibition will be Sunday, September 18 through Wednesday, September 21, 2011. View Schedule.

2. Where will Railway Interchange 2011 be held? The exhibition will be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota in two locations. The indoor exhibits and technical sessions will be held at the Minneapolis Convention Center located at 1301 2nd Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55403-2710. (Get Directions)

The outdoor exhibits will be held 20 minutes northwest of the Convention Center at Canadian Pacific's Humboldt Yard located at 2625 49th Ave N. Minneapolis, MN 55430. (Get Directions). Bus transportation will be provided to and from the Minneapolis Convention Center and Humboldt Yard.

3. Who will attend Railway Interchange 2011? As one of the largest US rail supply trade shows, we are expecting an attendance of over 5,000 railroad customers and industry leaders from throughout the United States and the world. Expected attendees include: freight railroad CEOs, freight railroad operating officers, senior federal government transportation officials, state government transportation officials, locomotive manufacturers, component parts suppliers and international customers.

4. When can I register to attend Railway Interchange 2011?
Attendee registration is available online here. Remember that if you want to attend the AREMA or CMA technical sessions you will have to register under them. There will be an option to register to see the exhibits when you register.

5. How can I become an exhibitor at Railway Interchange 2011?
RSI is currently taking applications for exhibit space and are available on our exhibitor webpage. You must be a current member of RSI to exhibit with RSI at Railway Interchange 2011. To join RSI and learn more about what we have to offer, click here.

6. Do I have to be a member of RSI to exhibit at Railway Interchange 2011? To be an RSI exhibitor at Railway Interchange 2011, RSI membership in 2011 is essential. All RSI exhibitors must be in "good standing" status through Railway Interchange 2011. If you are not sure of your member status you can contact Amanda Patrick. Exhibits are also being hosted by REMSA and RSSI, you must be a member of those organization to exhibit in their sections.

7. Where can I book a hotel room while attending Railway Interchange? Located within walking distance of the Minneapolis Convention Center, the Railway Supply Institute is offering discounted room blocks at four hotels. Hotels include the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, Millennium Hotel Minneapolis, Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis, and W Minneapolis - The Foshay. Do exhibitors have to register to attend Railway Interchange 2011?All exhibiting companies must register and pay full registration costs ($250 per person) through the Railway Interchange 2011 website. In order to alleviate costs to our members and encourage our members to send more staff to the show, RSI is offering several opportunities to help cover the costs of exhibitor registration that are available post trade show to our exhibitors.
