Exhibiting at Railway Interchange 2011 brings you face-to-face with more railroad industry customers than any other rail supply trade show. With an expected attendance of over 5,000 customers from throughout the rail industry, Railway Interchange will be the place to market your products and network with your customers.

Exhibitors who reserve a booth at the Minneapolis Convention Center and Humboldt Yard will receive a $1,000 discount on total exhibit space price.

Exhibit Space Selection

Exhibitors wanting to be in first round of space exhibit space assignments must have their applications completed and postmarked on or before July 30, 2010. Applications are not considered until a signed application is turned in via mail (no email or fax), and a 25% non refundable deposit is received. First round exhibitors will be notified of their booth spaces by early September 2010.

All Railway Interchange 2011 exhibit space assignments will be made, whenever possible, in keeping with the preferences requested by the exhibitor, based on the availability of a particular exhibit space. The RSI Program Committee will try to accommodate all exhibitor requests but reserves the right to assign closest booth space available if conditions warrant.
